IWC Mark XVI on Bracelet

Putting a feeler out there as interested in another piece and something needs to give as my collection is a little IWC-heavy at the moment!

This is a full kit IWC Mark XVI on bracelet (box, booklets, adjustment tool, and warranty card). Warranty card is stamped from Tourneau and is dated Sept 2012. Out of warranty but a very recent example of the Mark XVI that was discontinued in 2013 (?). I am the second owner. I've had this watch like 3 times already so probably a good sign that I should keep it as I far prefer the Mark XVI to the newer Mark XVII in terms of size at 39mm and the date window. I will post pics shortly. Haven't timed it but running with no issues. Watch case and bracelet does have some signs of regular wear from the previous owner but nothing that wouldn't be near perfect with a polishing service from IWC. I have not polished it as it didn't bother me. I'd say it is 8.5/10.

Asking a very reasonable $4000 on the bracelet (fracelet alone goes for north of $1000) or $3500 on a brand new IWC black alligator strap I bought separately. As far as I can see, this the cheapest Mark XVI out there. Ideally looking for a face to face transaction in the GTA but open to shipping if the deal is right.

Thanks for looking. Again pics to follow.

Some additional pics as requested by some. I may have been too hard on the condition of the watch. Some swirls and marks but nothing light polishing wouldn't make perfect…hard to capture in pics, and as always depends on your level of wis oct:) Also have pics of the brand new oem IWC black strap and an amazing quality after market IWC steel tang buckle I will throw in. Again, I will separate the bracelet and sell on the new strap and buckle if buyer prefers at $3500 and on bracelet for $4000. $4100 takes bracelet and new strap and buckle. Thanks for all the inquiries.
