Great to be connected with so many watch enthusiasts! Quick background….3 years ago we had a house break-in where my entire collection built over 20+ years was taken, many with significant sentimental value.

I’m just getting over it and starting a slow rebuild so will a buyer for the forseebale future.

Welcome to the group! Sorry that happened to you, but I'm glad it hasn't stopped you from collecting and continuing on with this hobby. I'm assuming you have already reported your stolen watches with the police, but it would be good to address them here on this platform too in case any of them resurface. But I understand if you don't feel comfortable doing it - just a suggestion. Cheers!

Thanks for the warm welcome and reco. Cops were zero help-took the serial #’s I had and never heard from them again. I’ve moved on, that is now in the past. Onward!

Welcome to the forum. That break in must’ve been gut wrenching. We all need to start taking serious precautions with many of our things if we haven’t done so already. I hope you rebuild a collection that brings even more joy in the future.
