I am considering trading my Kobold SS Seal. It is late-first generation, but with the newer bezel vice the original one with the mis-aligned 12 o'clock triangle / pip. It comes with a LNIB black ISOfrane dive-strap, the OEM Kobold SS bracelet (2 extra links and an extra set of brand-new screw-tubes), a black Zulu, the complete tool set (2 x screw-drivers and threader tool in OEM case), OEM carboard box, OEM documents / papers (less the original owner's certificate, although if you really want one, you can e-mail MK and ask for one, although he will probably require you to send it in for a servicing). Condition is a conservative 90% and it is running well within COSC specifications. It was last serviced 3 years ago and is a heck of a watch in all respects. Keep in mind that KWC used the top grade ETA 2824 and very few were / are made each year.
I am not sure what I am looking at in trade, but it has to be a single watch of comparable value and / or a watch and cash from you. I put the trade value at between $1,900 and $2,000.
I have many excellent references and would require the same from you.
I will provide additional pictures to any interested person.
All shipping costs would be the responsibility of the send and I would requre emnt via FedEx or Canada Post with next-day service from your end. I reserve the right to confirm the condition of your watch before confirming the trade as complete.
Finally, please do not patronize me with silly offers; they will simply be ignored.
I can be reached ONLY via e-mail: jadebruin@rogers.com
Thanks for looking.
