Everyone needs a Flieger (pilot) watch in their collection!!
True to its roots a vintage styled, modern mechanized pilot watch is available.
The Laco Dortmund reference 861751 is one of the most sophisticated (expensive) watches made by Laco.
The movement is a self wind ETA 2824-2, a real strong and dependable caliber.
The 45MM size is moderated by its small lug design which allows my 6.5 inch wrist to wear this comfortably.
Watch is in exceptional shape due to the sandblasted watch case which makes it nearly impervious to scratches.
The strap shows normal signs of wear but no damage.
Worn sparingly in a 5 watch collection.
Purchased new in December 2022 (retail price $1600), maintains over 1 more year of warranty.
Dial colour is black (some pictures give a blue hue due to sun) with incredible lume on sector style outer dial.
