LeJour has its roots in horology dating back to the 60s but like many other succumbed to the quartz crisis.
The brand has now been revived and producing some well made swiss pieces. A visit to their website would show some watches you may find very interesting.
The obvious star of the show here is the textured dial but not to be outdone, the gilt indices and hands shine handsomely. The double dome sapphire crystal compliments these perfectly, providing distortions and the liberal application of anti reflective coating ensures that legibility is never a challenge.
Speaking of application, LeJour didn't shy away from lume here either with gobs of it on hands, indices and the ceramic bezel.
While this one appears as a dressy/everyday diver, it is robust and the build quality is noticeable in the metal. There are no sharp edges and the bracelet is refined.
Overall good condition but not mint. There are a couple of nicks to be noticed on the case, you will see them at around the 7:30 mark. One more tiny nick around the 4 pm mark. I have provided pictures here but have many more, if you need them, please ask.
The polished center links will display some surface scratches and some desk diving evidence on the clasp. The harshness of still photography should highlight all details.
Comes with Polishing cloth, an undated warranty card, inner box and outer cardboard box. The packaging serves as testament to the quality of this watch.
