At almost 20 years old, this Panerai 118 is in great condition for its age. It is number 492/700. It has a tobacco dial, with small seconds at 9:00, and the Titanium case is very light with a display back so you can see the hand wind ETA 6487-2 movement. The movement was serviced three years ago by Archer Watches and keeps excellent time, within a couple of seconds a day. It hasn't been used much since it was serviced but I wind it periodically to keep the movement lubricated.
Given its age, the watch case has some use wear, including light scuffs and marks but nothing deep. I was thinking of having it lightly polished before selling it, but decided to leave it as is. The new owner can decide if it needs polishing.
It comes on the beautiful Panerai croc strap that is on it in the photos and with a rubber Panerai dive strap. The croc strap shows no wear. The straps come with a titanium buckle, the tubes, and the original screwdriver for changing the straps.
Even better, it has all the boxes and paperwork, including the original outer cardboard box, inner cardboard box, and wooden box, and the original plastic cover, cleaning cloth, books, and original warranty card. It is absolutely a time capsule from 2004.
See the photos for a good look at the watch and contact me with any questions.
Priced at a very fair $5250 plus shipping.
