For sale is the legendary Rolex 116710BLNR “Batman”. I recently acquired another watch which fits the bill as grail for me, so I'll let this one go.
The condition of this watch is fantastic with only very light wear. There are no dings, dents, or deep scratches that I can see. The only evidence that it was worn are the typical desk-diving scratches to the polished center links of the bracelet and clasp. If you so choose, a light buff by your watchmaker could restore this watch to new condition. A testament to its light use is the fact that the caseback, crown guard, and some clasp stickers are still in place.
The un-named warranty card is dated November 2014. An un-named and serialized extended warranty card from the Canadian AD is also included which extends the terms of the Rolex warranty by an additional 2 years (to November of 2021). I’m also including the original bill of sale which clearly shows the AD info, 2014 purchase date, and the watch serial number.
Included are the inner and outer watch boxes, hang tags, books, cards, and card wallet. This fits most definitions of a full kit, however the outer cardboard sleeve is absent. The watch currently has all 12 links installed as well as the easylink comfort extension.
My asking price on this watch is $18,100 including fully-insured shipping. Although a cash sale is preferred, I can entertain a trade offer if you make it attractive enough! I'm temporarily located in the BC interior so buyers in Kamloops/Kelowna/Vernon could possibly meet F2F.
