Rolex Datejust 1603 with serial number dating the watch to 1969. Purchased from a store in NYC that had serviced the watch and issued a 1 year warranty dated Aug 31, 2017. There are no scratches or marks on the dial or on the crystal. The lume on the dial perfectly matches that on the hands in terms of the yellowish patina. All lume is fully intact. The watch comes with both inner and outer boxes (with the "1603" sticker on the outer box), original Rolex papers (with reference and serial number that clearly match those show on the watch case between the lugs), both the green Datejust tag and the red Rolex tag, as well as a tag that says "Japan Watch Importers Association", and the Rolex translation card, the green Rolex cardholder, and lastly the warranty papers from the store that I bought that watch. The original Rolex papers are in the form of a Rolex booklet, whereby the first page shows the reference number and serial number and the place where the watch was purchased, and the remaining pages of the booklet show other Rolex models and the history of Rolex in general. During this time period, there were only a limited number of Rolex watches that were allowed to be imported into Japan each year, and this was governed by the Japan Watch Importers association. I've been wearing it daily for 4 months now and the watch is telling absolutely perfect time, not a second late or a second fast. The dial is absolutely stunning in the flesh, and is nothing short of mint. I sourced a Rolex oyster bracelet 78360 with 593 endlinks and added it to this set. The oyster is in fantastic condition with no stretch at all. I have plenty of solid references. I am open to Rolex trades. $5000 full set with both bracelets, $4,200 with just the jubilee and without the oyster bracelet. I won't sell the oyster bracelet separately - it only comes with the set. Also note that this late 60’s beveled box set is worth a lot in itself.
