ITEM CONDITION: This is a used 22 year old watch. The dial and hands are near flawless. The dial is one of the last years of the Tritium dials and the gloss dial is very glossy and the hour indexes are all very clean..…. The Lume is not like a new watch but it does light up. It has been serviced outside Rolex once and the watchmaker has written on the inside of the back cover…. It may have been serviced at Rolex as well…. I have sent the watch to my excellent watchmaker who did a complete overhaul, replaced all the gaskets and the Crystal. The watch was then sent for a professional light polish and this watch looks as good as new…. There is minimal stretch in the OEM Stainless steel bracelet which has 10 links and brand new had 11. The watch keeps excellent good time as it has lost 1 second in a 24 hour period.
So this watch is being offered as it is…. It runs very well, has ample power reserve and has a very light polish as all the angles are still intact. This is as good as a clean example of a U serial number as I have seen recently.
