($9500 OBO)
So here’s the story.
I am re posting my GMT with new terms. I originally sold the watch to a member. This member wanted the insert changed so this was no problem.
As I was changing the insert, the watch slipped out of my hands onto the floor causing some cosmetic damage to the case
I messaged both LA watchworks and Michael Young about repair. Both quoted give or take 200-350 USD
Because of this I will be selling it on jubilee only (additional cost if you want oyster on top)
The watch is still completely functional and still keeps great time
Spots lightly affected:
- Left lug edge bite
- right inner lug scratch
- right lug surface scratch
Most significant:
- Bottom right corner lug dent (this is where the watch fell onto)
- Because the watch fell on its bottom right lug, the very tip (not the whole lug) dented A HAIR inward. It is not visible, but apparent when attempting to add SEL oyster. For this reason the solid end links of the oyster no longer fit. But the jubilee (with some effort) or nato fit just fine
(this was included within full repair if I were to go ahead)
Will be selling as is on jubilee with kit AND coke insert from RSC for $9500 OBO.
Good chance for a classic GMT you don’t need to baby. Or send for repair. Otherwise I will be
(A Non-SEL oyster will fit this watch)
