Hello, fellow watch enthusiasts.
For offer is a Seiko Baby Tuna (SRP637). I am the second owner and was originally purchased from a member on watchuseek. The service history is unknown, but from the two years that I've owned it, it has kept excellent time. The timepiece, from what i was told, is all original. With the exception of the addition of the shroud, an aftermarket shroud made by Yobokies. Although, being a tool watch, I always thought the shroud added extra protection for those rough days.
The timepiece comes with it's original metal bracelet, with three additional links. It also comes with an additional orange zulu strap. If purchased, it will be mounted on the zulu strap. If, however, the new owner prefers the metal bracelet, it can be mounted on the timepiece upon request. It also comes with the original rubber bezel protector as well. That fits, if the shroud is removed, seeing that it was part of the original design of the timepiece. Original box and outer box is also included.
As seen from the pictures, it is a day/date. It is also hackable and has manual wind, with a screw down crown. No need from the "Seiko shake" in order to get it running. From the lume shots, it is still quite legible and the large indices make it a breeze to read in the dark. Unfortunately, I do not have the equipment to determine it's accuracy, however, from what I can tell, it is running within COSC standards.
At the moment, I'm asking $390, given the shroud upgrade and the additional strap. I prefer a F2F transaction. However, shipping can be provided, at the buyers expense.
