For sale is my Seiko SPB333J1 Limited edition, 110th anniversary. The watch was purchased in December 22 but has been unworn and has most of its plastic wrapping, stickers and card tags still attached. Watch comes complete as pictured, outer card, box, booklet and card. This version also includes a special nato strap using the seichu braiding technique and has not lefts its packaging. I love this dial, it is similar in quality to a number of the GS models i own and just never made it from the box. Selling to fund an incoming.
From Seiko
The watch’s slim case is based on 1968’s reference 6105-8000 diver’s watch, a robust yet elegant Seiko classic whose flowing case inspired the designs of many iconic diver’s watches that followed. Though its case references a diver’s watch from the past, the Seiko Prospex Save the Ocean Limited Edition runs on the modern and high-performing 6R35 automatic caliber with 70 hours of power reserve.
The textured dial captures the power of the polar glaciers that shape the landscapes and seascapes of the Arctic and Antarctic. Its silvery-white color and delicately striated surface create a unique depth that invites repeated looks. And yet a single glance is all that’s needed to tell the time on this highly legible limited-edition tool watch.
It’s presented on a comfortable five-row steel bracelet with compact secure clasps and extenders for diving.
The Save the Ocean Limited Edition also comes with an additional strap whose polyester material has been formed, in the spirit of sustainability, entirely from recycled plastic bottles. It features a traditional braiding technique from Japan called Seichu, resulting in strength that meets the demanding standards of Seiko diver’s watches.
Watch retails, where still available for $1750 plus tax. Offered here at a very fair $1350. I am in Dundas Ontario, F2F preferred but happy to ship at actual cost using flagship.
I have many references on site and positive feedback in my history.
Please reach out if you have any questions.
