I have for sale a Bulova Precisionist Chrono 96B241. This is the 140th Anniversary Limited Edition. Watch is stunning and in this watch, Bulova demonstrated what they are capable of and that is to make watches with beautiful design and high technical capabilities. Watch has a curved sapphire crystal which I tried to capture in photos but you can really only appreciated in person. It is a chronograph capable of measuring up to 1/1000s precision....sure you don't need that much precision but hey it is very cool. Oh did I mention it is rated to 300 meters so you can swim all you want with it!!!
If you are not familiar with the precisionist movement, you owe it to yourself to watch some videos...the sweeping second hand is mesmerizing....frankly it beats most automatics I own/have owned with the exception of some very high end ones.
Condition wise, watch is in excellent condition. Sapphire is spotless, shiny bezel is also in great condition with minor polishable marks. Case back still has little round plastic sticker on it. Clasp has minor desk diving marks. All chrono markers rest to zero. It might look like the 1/1000s marker is off in the first picture but that is a parallex error due to the angle the picture was taken at.
I am selling it because I am fine tuning my collection and so one comes in and one must go out....as per instructions from my lady
Watch will come with Bulova anniversary box and the extra links. It is currently sized for a 7.5" wrist.
