Dennis Rudy made this in March, 2011. He made a few of these, this is the only one where he put on a fiddy dial (and also made it this amazing orange that my pics don't capture well).
As for the movement, Dennis wrote in an email back then "it's the decorated version with Swan Neck."
Watch is very conservatively 85%. Keeping time to within 2 min/day. Sure it could use a cleaning.
