This wearable watch is great for the outdoors. I have done mountaineering in Alberta and Montana with this, using the compass, altimeter, GPS topo mapping, and satellite imagery. These work anywhere as long as you pick up a GPS signal, i.e., you do not need a phone subscription or signal.
The watch comes preloaded with maps of Alberta, some for all of Canada, and USA. I also have satellite images for southern Alberta and northern Montana around Glacier Park.
With all of my activities I cannot find a scratch on the case, super tough!
