Up for sale as I reduce the collection is my beloved Omega Seamaster 2220.80 full size 41.5 mm.
If you're reading this you probably know the watch.
My Seamaster was purchased approximately 5 years ago on eBay from the original owner. It comes with everything pictured including original box in nice shape. And yes, the international guarantee card is missing.
The watch received the full Omega service in mid 2014 at AD, Chateau d'Ivoire in Montreal, so rest assured, this is a genuine Omega. The serial number is present on the underside of the lug as it should be and dates to 2007. The laser etching on the case back is intact and clean.
The watch runs properly with no known mechanical problems The bezel rotates properly, and the watch winds and crown screws down smoothly. To the eye, the bezel and crystal are near mint. The buyer is welcome to put it under a loupe, I have not and wouldn't expect to see anything, I have babied the watch. The bracelet and clasp are in great shape shape showing normal signs of very very light wear. The only significant flaw is a scrape on the side of the case and near one of the holes on the caseback. It is virtually unnoticeable when on the wrist. I bought the watch with these marks in place. I have factored these marks into the price.
Other than that there is nothing to say, I have worn this watch happily and proudly for several years. I know I will regret the sale. It is my first watch sale that is actually tugging at the heartstrings, as it was my first significant watch purchase.....A "Bond Seamaster"....wow!
Priced at 2350.00 plus shipping of your choice and any fees.
Face to face in a secure location is acceptable. Both the watch and myself are in Montreal.
I will list it on CWC and Kijiji. If necessary, after a reasonable time, it will go up on eBay, so please don't hesitate.
Thanks for looking.
