For sale today is my Grand Seiko SBGR019 39mm automatic watch. This is a great watch and rarely found in North America, it was released in Japan before Grand Seiko came to the US from what I understand.
Movement: 9S55
Winds and sets nice. Screw down crown waterproof to 200m. I don’t guarantee waterproofness due to age of watch.
Dial: Very special dial with a very smooth carbon fibre look in certain light. The indices sparkle like a GS does. The dauphine hands are very sharp and beautiful.
Crystal: looks great no obvious marks. AF on the inside.
Case: shows wear and you can see swirls and faint marks. This watch was worn. See pictures or ask for more if unsure.
Bracelet: very unique bracelet design. As it stands it fits a 7” wrist with one spare larger half link. I would guess it would fit up to 7.25”. It shows desk diving marks and use.
Box and Papers: None, I will package watch safely and well protected.
Watch service history is unknown, it keeps around -3 to +6 seconds on the worst of days.
This an absolute stunner of a watch and fits beautifully on the wrist.
