Complete with all box, booklets, and warranty papers as purchased. I am the original owner and the piece was purchased from Teddy Baldassare.
The classic, iconic Max Bill designed Bauhaus gentleman’s watch from Junghans. This is an absolutely stunning icon of watch design history. I am only passing it on because lately I've reaffirmed that I'm more comfortable as a one-watch-collection guy. I wore it to a few dinners since purchasing it but other than that it has been left in its box on my bookshelf.
The condition is fantastic, I would classify it as 9.5/10. It is like new EXCEPT* for a single hairline scratch I put in the caseback when I was changing the strap. I have made this scratch visible in a photo below. Aside from this one scratch, the caseback, crystal, dial, and strap are all minty fresh. The strap that comes on the watch was never worn with it, I used an olive SMC strap instead as seen in a couple of the pics.
I am asking $1100 OBO for this piece. Open to reasonable offers but anyone trying to lowball me will not be responded to. Questions welcome.
Prioritizing F2F in Toronto and the GTA. Will ship at buyer's expense but would vastly prefer to meet someone locally for an in-person transaction.
