This is a 6.1 million 1680 which dates it to 1979 according to online sources. Was serviced by Rolex USA in Jan 2011 (see photo). Watch is keeping excellent time (-4 seconds in 3 days), was pressure tested last week by Rolex USA and is good to go. Watch is in very good condition, some minor stretch in bracelet but it is still very solid and very wearable (93150 bracelet and clasp, 580 end links). Fits my 7 inch wrist very loose and 1 extra link can still be put in. Crystal looks basically new and bezel turns smoothly (bi-directional / non click bezel). Serial number and model number appears clearly between lugs with bracelet removed. Numbers / name on photos deliberately blurred out.
This was purchased by me last week from a very reputable vintage rolex dealer in the USA (will provide name if you want it) but have decided i would like to free up some funds for another purchase (camera gear).
Selling for 5700CDN$ firm / or trade for an Omega PO 8500 42mm on steel bracelet + 1500$. Other watches that may interest me are Sinn 757 / 756 diapal, Omega Speedmaster pro.
