Closing out 2020 with 2006 (Z serial) Rolex Polar Explorer 2 16570 up for sale.

This is the year right before Rolex went for rehaut engraving and changed the movement to 3186. As such, this got the classic vintage look of the Polar Explorer but with signs of a modern Rolex: no holed case and solid end link bracelet. These don't come up a lot compared to the holed case.
The watch is in pristine condition, with just signs of light regular wear. There is a tiny cosmetic ding the edge on the back near the crown and I tried to capture it, almost impossible to spot under regular lighting.
Service history unknown. Watch was checked out at Roldorf Vancouver and everything is clean and runs as it should. I was told -4s/day.
The watch is NAKED with no box or papers and comes with bracelet as pictured. It does also come with appraisal document from Otto Friedl in Vancouver.
Firmly looking at $9,700 shipped with fully insured overnight Fedex. I can also do F2F in Vancouver.
