Watch was awarded to an employee by Schlumberger through O.C. Tanner, an employee award facilitator. They have offices worldwide, so could have been awarded in Canada or elsewhere. Schlumberger is lightly engraved on the caseback, and could be removed by a Rolex dealer if it bothers you.
Balance of 5 year warranty.
Watch is in excellent condition. Bracelet and clasp have numerous light desk dive scratches... all easily removed by your favorite Rolex dealer.
Outer sleeve, all boxes, card, links, wallet and booklets. Tags not present now, but may re-surface. If they do, they will travel with the watch.
