I am selling this watch as well as the HULK that I am also listing on behalf of a client.
These are 1 owner watches, purchased brand new from Canadian AD's., and will come with all boxes, links, documents etc... as provided by the dealer at the time of delivery. Complete sets!
This Kermit was pro-ordered from the Canadian Dealer in summer 2003, and delivered in December 2003. It is an F series.
It, of course, has the early Flat 4 bezel variation to distinguish it... among other notable variables that many of you know far better than me.
It was worn probably 25 to 50 times before being relegated to the vault. It has a few high edge fleabites and some light scratching on the case... some from wear... some from safe jostling.
Considering its almost 17 years of age, it is in outstanding condition. Clasp still feels tight... almost like they did when they were new.
As with the Hulk, the watch was never serviced, polished or even handled by anyone but him until handed over to me to shoot. It has not seen the light of day in far more than a decade!
It is in my possession. I actually did a quick timing the other day for more than 12 hours and like the HULK was no more than 1 second fast. I cannot promise such perfection, so it will be up to you to decide whether or not to get it serviced now or in the future.
Anyway... if you want one and you couldn't find a nice enough one before to lay out the money, then you will be happy with this one.
Flat 4. Canadian. Absolute full kit. A couple of tears on the outer box edges from nothing more than handling over the years. Besides the green 16610 sticker, the actual caseback sticker was on the watch until today when I removed it. It had some dirt and a wrist hair or two trapped underneath, and I felt it would show condition better without that. I could show you the picture of it on if you really desire to see it (an are a possible buyer).
Prices are crazy, and it doesn't please me in any way, but I will present it at market price.
Payment can only be by wire unless you have high EMT limits.
My price matches the typical ask on TRF for a model this age and in this condition, and is higher than Chono24 only for polished, heavier worn examples or those without papers... let alone Canadian papers.
