Full service when I bought it in 2011, included new Acrylic crystal.
Original crown, dial, and hands
It is on 14K ROLEX 14K/SS 62523H Jubilee Bracelet, which have 20 links in total.
The bracelet was sent to Michael Young to restore in Sept 2015, mainly to fix the stretch , a nice polish, and added 2 link in order to fit me after fixed the stretch.
Watch will come in Rolex service pouch

(you can pick which shipping company you want to use, speed of shipping, etc, as you will be paying for shipping).
