Seiko Bellmatic 4006-7002.
Bell-Matic self-winder alarm. Produced November 1974. Dial Code 4006-7080T
Purchased as NOS, but no original papers or box. The watch came to me via Hungary in unworn (MINT) condition.
I have changed the OEM bracelet to an Uncle Seiko ("President" look alike) which is of better quality and looks nicer in my option.
Original bracelet will be included...I know I have it somewhere.
Has a few hairlines from wearing less than a dozen times.
Fairly collectable in this condition.
Working perfectly well...keeps excellent time although I have not timed it.
Alarm crisp.
Spanish and English date wheels.
Condition 8.5-9/10 for a 47 year old watch. Difficult to find in this condition.
The lightest of polishes can restore to 10/10 but I'd likely leave it as it's high polish and a dozen wearings will take it back to current condition.
37mm
Steel
4006 base caliber (I believe).
19,800 VPH
42 hrs PR
17 jewels version
13mm thick
$800 EMT
Local pick up West Toronto or Brampton or ship on your label.
