Up for grabs is my Stowa Prodiver COSC on bracelet, yes Chronometer version that is no longer available from Stowa!
I will not go into detail of how great Stowa watches are, or how long the wait is to get one, but I will say that I've owned this watch for the last 4 something years and it was just fantastic.
I love the watch, but it does not get enough love due to my other watches and my rescent PO purchase.
This is a Sept.2009 model with the 2824 COSC grade movement. I've had the watch since almost new, got it a few months after the original owner received it. The watch just had a full service by Al Jenskey of Archer watches in St. Thomas, On, Canada. The watch went in originally for a reversing gear issue causing the rotor to engage and rotate during the manual winding of the watch. Once in service, Al suggested that the watch can use a full sercie (after all it is pushing on 5 years). I decided to go for it. (receipt is attached) When Al serviced his watches he documents every step of the process and puts it on a CD, which you will receive with complete pictorial, video on comments on the service procedure. It is quite a treat to have this and is very ecucational.
Needless to say the watch had all necessary parts replaced and was pressure tested up 100bar (1000m).
Condition of the watch: Bezel and Crystal are flawless, case is near mint with very minor blemishes (mostly on casback) consistant with normal wear for the age of the watch, crown is winding smooth, hands and date set perfectly, bracelet has minor markings consistant with normal wear for the age of the watch, the clasp has deskdiving marks also consitend with normal use.
the movement has just been completely overhauled, gaskets, mainspring, two reversing wheels replaced with new, watch was time and pressure tested and passed with flying colors.
From Stowa website:
Diameter: 42.00 mm
Height: 15.60 mm
Strap width: 22 mm
Lug-to-Lug size: 50.30 mm
Lug-to-Lug size inc. first metalstrap
link on both sides:58 mm
Waterproof: up to 100 ATM
You get the Stowa Seatime Prodiver COSC watch on OEM bracelet, COSC certificate, manual booklet/warranty (expired), extra links for the bracelet, Stowa outer box, Stowa leather pouch
I am looking to get a very fair $1200 plus shipping, I take care of PP fees, and you get an almost new watch.
I also have a heavy Steib Mesh that fits this watch perfectly and can negotiate a deal for it if interested.
