We are selling a beautiful vintage Tudor Prince Oysterdate 200m-660ft Submariner with all original parts, superb triple arrow yellow/orange luminous dial, mercedes hands, oyster bracelet and in good working condition. This timepiece is a spectacular example with near prefect bezel, beautiful crystal, near mint original dial, crown, case and original bracelet with correct submariner style extension clasp. Case measures 39.5mm in diameter and shows very minimal wear, only normal surface marks from gentle use and no major dings or dents, signed on the back Original Oyster Case By Rolex Geneva and inside Montre Tudor SA, Geneva Switzerland, 76100. Between the lugs is marked Stainless Steel, serial number 258XXX, then at 12:00, 79090 (this number, stamped between the lugs, this is the true model reference number). After doing some research, I have discovered that these two model reference numbers were produced at the same time, and the case back 76100 is quite often found on the 79090 bezel or vice versa. You will see the same thing happened quite often on the Rolex Sub 5513/5512 and many other older Rolex/Tudor models. The dial is stunning and fully signed with Tudor Prince Oysterdate, 200m-660ft, Submariner, then T-Swiss-T at the bottom. The hands are also original with complete luminous and good color although if you look VERY closely the luminous has aged a bit. The movement is also in superb cosmetic condition and signed Tudor Auto-Prince, 25 Rubis, Swiss Made. It winds, sets, runs very strong and keeps excellent time and has been frequently worn by the owner, but as we have not had a service performed is being sold without warranty. The bracelet is the original Oyster style in stainless steel with hollow lugs and while it does show some wear, I would say is at lest 75% of new with very minor stretch for its age. The rare triple-lock TUDOR clasp is signed inside Tudor Watch Co Ltd, Geneva-Switzerland then again the same on the extension clasp. End pieces are stamped 380 B and the top links, 9315. They don't come along very often looking as good as this! The price is $2795 obo
