According to the book "Breitling: History of a Great Brand of Watches", Wakmann was the US distributor of Breitling watches from the 1940s to the 1970s. Some watches were co-signed Breitling/Wakmann as well as just Wakmann but made by Breitling. I would guess that this relationship is similar to the Longines/Wittnauer relationship i.e. the US distributor of a Swiss brand also selling its own brand.- Rob Rosner

Spectacular value, housing Valjoux 7733 in pristine condition with all original parts. Never polished case, original domed crystal. Comes from 1960s. Vintage pandas are becoming more desirable in watch communities and are raising up in value. Dial is signed "Swiss Made T" for tritium. It has developed a nice creamy patina on lume dots. Lume still works but not as strong considering its almost 60 years old. It has never been redialed or relumed. Also it has a tachymeter scale. The white registers are bigger than your usual size. 36mm in size 12mm thick and 18mm lugwidth. You will not find the same watch in same condition. Similar one is on ebay in a worse condition and smaller pushers, different dial combination.Trades are considerable in the same value bracket. Vintage Chronos prefferably.

Tudor, Breitling, Longines, Tissot, Omega,

I am asking for $2600.00, meet up only in Toronto or GTA.
