Sold The Don Draper Omega Seamaster DeVille - Black Crosshair Dial

Featured on the iconic AMC show Mad Men, a vintage Omega Seamaster DeVille with a black dial and crosshairs was worn by Don Draper in one of the episodes. This particular watch, like the one on the show, has a refinished dial. While not sought after by purists, these SMDs with properly refinished dials regularly sell for over $1000 CAD, and at times over $1000 USD (see last attached photo).

The watch is keeping good time but the service history is unknown - please do not expect Quartz like precision. Winds smoothly. I do not have any photos of the movement - this is a front loading watch and the movement has to be removed through the front of the case. I didn’t want to risk damaging the dial in order to take a photo of the movement.
