Hi CWC, I am entertaining a trade for my Grand Seiko Hi-Beat GMT “SBGJ203”, with black Mt. Iwate textured dial and red GMT hand. Trades of interest are listed below.
This is definitely a piece that can best be appreciated in person, given the exceptional Zaratsu finish on the hour markers and casing/bracelet. Movement can be appreciated through the open caseback as well.
The watch is in excellent condition with very minor hairlines upon very close inspection. The bracelet is also in excellent condition with nearly no noticeable markings as the piece has been mostly warn on the current red stitched leather strap when it’s not sitting in the watch box (part of a moderate rotation).
Full set including boxes and papers (stamped Dec-2017)
Watch keeps exceptional time as expected and GMT function works like a charm.
This is the latest model with the new GS logo only (instead of the Seiko logo and smaller GS logo). It is the same watch as the Peacock, but with a different dial / colour combo.
Watch retails for C$7,900 in Canada and US$6,300 in US. Chrono.ca currently shows ~C$7.5k.
