So what do you say about a watch that could possibly be the best of the best from Tudor when the dust settles….
This is the first version of the watch with the brownish dial and bezel. It was only available with the leather strap or the Nylon strap. This one has both OEM straps. The Nylon strap is the newer darker olive green with tan stripe colour which I found so much better than the very light colour strap originally offered. The watch has been hardly worn at all. This is one of the last versions of the brown dial and was sold new in late 2019. Plenty of extended warranty remaining on this Canadian Papered watch.
The watch case does show signs of darkening or patina…. Normal for the case. It can be cleaned with bronze cleaner to start from the bright colour of bronze if that is what you wish. The watch at 43mm is a good chunk on the wrist and is in as new condition.
The movement is an inhouse calibre and nothing but good things being said about the quality of these fine timepieces…
I will offer the complete as new package for $4,200 plus insured shipping or a great trade proposal…
