Up for grabs is my Rolex SD43 50th anniversary. It is hard for me to let this one go as it wears extremely well, super comfortable and a perfect size. Fortunately or unfortunately I got the call from my AD this week and added an extremely hard to obtain piece so something has to go.
It is a complete kit with box and papers and all links/hang tags. Purchased from a Canadian AD in June 2017. Remainder of five year warranty applies.
This is the MK1 dial. It ran for about a year only and could be a future collectible, could increase in value. All new SD43’s have a different dial. The new dial has a Rolex Coronet between the words Swiss Made. This one does not.
Condition wise the watch has been worn and enjoyed with not much attention paid to retain mint condition status. What that means to you is there are light scuffs all over the bracelet, clasp and sides of the case. However there are no deep scratches, nothing the finger nail catches on. I’ve done my best to demonstrate this in the pictures. There are no flea bites that I can find on the watch. If you want this watch to look like new a very light polish at your local watch maker or jewellery maker would fix it up.
My asking price is $16,000 shipping included via parcel pro.
I am *now* open to select Rolex, Tudor and Vacheron trades.
