This vintage Seiko is in excellent working order. It keeps time and the time, day and date quick set are all working correctly. The case and dial are gold plated. The strap is a new generic brown leather 2 piece.
As for the condition, this was clearly a well loved watch. The crystal is quite clear and the dial shows very well. The case has some gold plate loss around the lugs and crown. There are swirlies, scratches and dings throughout the case and case back.
The watch has a screw down case back with reference 7N43-8A39 A1.
The dial reference is 7N43-8C7W R 2.
The serial and reference date this watch as being manufactured in March 1994. This would make a great birth year watch for a new collector.
