This is a well loved white faced 40mm automatic Panerai. It was purchased at a Montreal AD in late 2003. Worn regularly and lovingly for about 4 years and then retired to stud.
It comes with its original boxset, warranty card, libreto and COSC. No instruction book or movement stickers. It will also come with an original (well used, but serviceable) Panerai croc strap and OEM thumbnail buckle.
It will also come with all of its dings and bruises.... all signs of regular use and not abuse. It was polished by the dealer about 5 years ago, and it could use one again. Or, simply wear it and enjoy it for what it is! It looks positively fine on the wrist.
Crystal and dial appear to be perfect
The bracelet has the typical scratchiness to the high polished parts. The bezel has its fair share of flea-bites. These are all cosmetic issues that can be refinished if one were inclined to do so.
I will pack up the whole thing and put it on your wrist anywhere in Canada for $3950. As usual, it will be shipped by fedex overnight and will be fully insured.
Cleaned and polished, this watch would fetch about $1000 more! Now, I know most of you want the 44mm models. That's fine. I can't argue with that. But, for the small wrist guys (or most Rolex wearers) , this watch wears perfectly, especially on the bracelet.
